My Birthday Extravaganza!!!

So I know I left a lot of you hanging in anticipation of my birthday blog.... but my computer is broken!!! I shouldn't say broken, it is DEAD. So I am without pictures, and I debated over whether it would be worth it to post about my birthday without the pictures.... but its been a while since I updated, and maybe if we ever get a new computer (right now I am using my husbands work laptop which I am extremely grateful for, although it does put a damper on my blog obsession since I don't have a computer to use during the day) I will go back and add a few pics. Just a little background info...last year I turned the big 3-0 and instead of whooping it up like we should have been, I was in labor!!!! Not hard labor, I didn't go to the hospital until 10 pm, but it was enough to put a damper on the birthday celebration. We went to market street grill which I had heard GREAT things about and I was actually kind of disappointed, I don't know if it was just because I couldn't concentrate on the food since we were busy timing contractions!!! So this year, I lovingly suggested to Brent that we make up for it!!! And being the extremely thoughtful, amazing, wonderful husband that he is, HE DID!!! It started on the Friday before my birthday (a week before), he came home early from work so that I was able to go and get an eyebrow wax (SOOOOOO needed!!) and a pedicure from the Garden Day Spa. Then on Saturday morning he made breakfast, then asked me if I wanted to go to Park City that day. When I asked why, (I was a little surprised) he said that he thought it would be good for the kick off to SHANNA'S BIRTHDAY EXTRAVAGANZA!! (no lie, those words really did come out of his mouth!) Then for the rest of the days leading up to my birthday, he would give me a present. (And on Valentines day he had a bouquet of flowers delivered (I LOOOOOOOVE delivered flowers, I know, their pricey but I love it!) and another one the next day for my birthday!!! It was amazing!!! And then on Saturday I was able to go to lunch with my girlfriends, which was so much fun and hugely appreciated, thanks girls!!! All in all, it was a very good week!!! thanks honey, I love you!!! (and now I don't feel so bad about turning 31!!!)
