'tis the season

For Christmas parties!!! I know, my family was a little early in celebrating but my brother matt was in town so we jumped the gun a little so he could celebrate with us...

jack's birthday

it was jackson's birthday last tuesday so we had the family over for cake and ice cream... hard to imagine i have a 6 year old!!! makes me feel old :( on the other hand, my brother's about to have a teenager tomorrow (my nephew turns 13) so that means that he's really old!!! ha ha ha

Fall Fun

Brent's parents took Jack and Tate to the pumpkin patch one Saturday... i love the picture of them on the tractor.. classic!!! Tate will always be in the drivers seat...

Blessing Ben

Last Sunday we were able to bless Ben. Brent gave him a beautiful blessing, I couldn't be more grateful to a husband who honors his priesthood :) Thanks to all of our family and friends who came to support us and make Ben's day perfect!!! And also, a big shout out to my family who actually showed up on time to Sacrament meeting... every single one of them!!!

yes, he really is that hairy! My doctor and the nurses referred to him as "sasquatch" when he first entered this world!!! But what a cute little hairy guy!!! we'll just be making an appointment with an electrolysis technician before long....

my brother came into town so we had to have a get together... it was the first time he'd seen Ben, which is pretty good since he was only 2 1/2 weeks old... i don't think he saw Tate until he was 6 months old!
Start visiting more often, MATT!!!!!

Friends & Family

Being in the hospital for 4 days, it got a little boring so thanks so much to everyone who came and visited with Ben and I (i know it was just to see Ben...) It broke up the monotony of everyday....



The best part about this picture is that my sister had just told us that she was pregnant with her first baby... Baby Barrett coming in March!!! I'm so excited for Ashleigh & Nick; but even more excited because now Ben will have a cousin his age!!!
